I'm a

About

I started coding rather late, I only learned Python in my second year in college. Even then I couldn't really understand what I can do with code, until volunteering at an educational platform working on logistics automation and data analysis. I am often drawn to aesthetic graphic designs, which is probably why I enjoy plotting data, and why I started learning web development.

I interned at a unicorn tech startup in Jerusalem and successfully supported the launch of its product in Taiwan. In my last year, I led the MasterMind program for the digital portal of an accelerator in Berlin that promotes female entrepreneurship. Currently, I manage the community for an ESG product in my team at Deloitte. I enjoy working cross-functionally and I am passionate about projects that bring social impact.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is a topic very close to heart. Since studying abroad in college, I was often the only person-of-color in my project at school or the only women in my team at work. At my current work, I co-started the female initiative in my team, and actively write on LinkedIn on these topics. On weekends, I volunteer to teach refugee women computer skills in German, to improve their digital literacy and help them better intergate in Berlin.

I once had the anxiety of taking up on leadership positions, for fear that I didn't deserve the role because my team members was more talented than me. Now I understand that what is more important as a leader is to know how to delegate tasks, facilitate discussions, and motivate to the team.

I love visiting new places and learning different cultures. The opportunity to live in different cities has taught me to be adaptable and made me a fast learner.
